品名:清燉半筋半肉牛肉麵
材料:(1)半筋半肉牛肉2斤 紅蘿蔔 3顆(半斤) 老薑約15克 菜頭(大)1顆約2斤 米酒1大杯約60cc 中藥包1包
(2)蔥 1支
做法:1.牛肉洗淨血水 川燙一下 紅蘿蔔 白蘿蔔 洗淨切塊 蔥切蔥末 薑拍扁
2.快鍋倒入2000cc的水 加入 材料(1) 蓋上壓力鍋蓋 開大火 聽到笛聲時轉小火 煮20分 起鍋後加鹽和蔥花 即可
食後感想: 之前用牛楠 這次用半筋半肉 做法一樣卻感 覺這次超好吃 肉質有彈性( 連續加熱幾次肉一樣有彈性) 湯頭甜(不用加味素) 膠質超多 如果想吃紅燒口味可在入鍋前加醬油半杯約90cc |
